REFUND POLICY:
- No refund if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the trip. (If there are any issues, please cancel at the latest 17.00.)
- For cancellation before 24 hours of the trip, there will be a 10% deduction applied from the total payment.
Children Policy:
- For safety reasons, the minimum height requirement for children is 120 cm. and will be charged the adult price. Children under 120 cm are not allowed to enter the mud fun area.
- If booking exceeds 20 people, buffet lunch will alternatively be served.
- Bali Zoo does not provide babysitting services. Parents are responsible for their own kids who are left behind at the restaurant during the program.
- Pick up area covered: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Ubud.
