- Please come to BALI ZOO and show your voucher at the Gate Counter.

- Payment must be done in advance by online credit card.
- Our special rate is valid for direct online payment with a 3D secure system.
- Payment ON the SPOT by Visa/MasterCard requires a 3% extra charge.
- If you can not process the payment by Online, we offers the payment on the spot but you should take with Private hotel transfer (with extra for transport IDR 700,000/car, maximum 1-7 person in one car)

REFUND POLICY:
- No refund, if cancellation made less than 24 hours before the trip. ( If any issues, please cancel at the latest 17.00)
- For cancellation before 24 Hours of the trip, will be 10% deduction apply from total payment.
Children Policy:
- For safety reasons, the minimum height requirement for children is 120 cm. and will be charged the adult price. Children under 120 cm are not allowed to enter the mud fun area.
- If booking exceeds 20 people, buffet lunch will alternatively be served.
- Bali Zoo does not provide babysitting services. Parents are responsible for their own kids who are left behind at the restaurant during the program.
- Pick up area covered: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Ubud.
